First off Cheshire, what size are the mews?
And would a 8' black being stick out like a sore thumb, Im willing to drop my shadow abilites and the living cloak, as technology I can do.

And when you say there's nothing left to draw on, do you mean that there's litteraly no free energy left to manipulate on the planet itself? Is a small source of energy permitable?

I'm glad someone made this.

I'm guessing the Mew's haven't changed much, still ranging in size of about 3 feet (one meter) to maybe 5 feet for the tallest.

As for technology, how advanced are we talking? I hope no one exploits this with crazy technology. Technology requires power, power must come from work, work and energy are directly related, and it doesn't sound like the sun is there to provide energy. So limitless technology probably isn't available.

Also, I hope me putting in a winged Mew doesn't screw anything up. I actually have more to this relating to the current time. And anyone who wants to be the other family that lives with Michaels family can drop me a note. The character would have to be a winged Mew, and we'd have to agree upon what I wrote in the RP.

Cool, I created a new character and put him into the story. Reason being, if the story happens 500 years from now, I didn't want to put my current main character into the story, as he wouldn't fit, and starting new might turn out to be a neat idea.

Something to consider.

First off, I am excited about this RP being created, but I'd like a little more info before I jump in myself:

First, is this set 500 years later in the same universe as Mewtwo (in other words, in the world of Pokemon)? And as such, are there Mewtwos in this world? I'd like to use my character, as a 500 year jump is perfect for his persona, and the fact that his powers are drawn from those around him, he would have lost his powers considerably.

Like Jax said, this one should prove quite interesting; and here's my question for the whole ordeal:

Dr. Tenecha (now a brain inside of an android replica of herself (MechaTenecha... lol)) wants revenge against the Mews for destroying the humans; and Mewthree (who only has a lifespan of about 100 years anyway; but has had a new cloned body of himself made every century with his intellect put into it) is more than happy to make the hopeful kingdom of Pura fall in the process... think that'll fly?

I'm sorry, I should have specified. The Mews Are just a shorted name for the Mewtwos. For obivious reasons you can see why a whole generation of people would have wanted the "two" dropped from their title. You can have Mews and Twos, and the technology is what you make of it. As stated before by CAD, Technology would be limited, I felt this would limit the more crazy shit to a minimum.

I'm running this as a traditional Rp, quests and the like.

As for there being no energy left to draw on for Magic means, all the areas where magic would live have been destroyed. No Oceans, no rivers, no forests, just flat desert...think Mars with a barely breathable atmospere, and even more extreme temperature shifts. The only magic left that you could draw on would have to be stored in protective talismans (VERY expensive) or would have to be obtained through the dark arts, where Blood and Life can be converted to other elements. Generally magic would be unstable due to the lack of elements to balance out a working.

I was going for something kinda like the Mars you see in Total Recal, except populated by Mewtwos and in some cases, the Mews. I'm very sorry if I mislead in my opening story. All Mews and Two are allowed. No humans though. They be dead.

Alright... tell me if this concept will fly:

Mewthree (who is for all intents and purposes is mostly a mewtwo, the only physical differences can even possess no function if it helps) plans to carry out the dieing wishes of his beloved Joy Tenecha: revenge on the race who made her and the rest of the humans become only a memory.

If the technology used that has kept him alive over the centuries seems to farfetched, it can be changed. I only came up with that method as a way to still have him around in this future timeline; despite his limited lifespan.

Hmm... well, back in the day (which is our 'now :D ) Dr. Tenecha WAS a scientist; perhaps the technology was already at Mewthree's disposal and he learned how to do the procedure to himself in Tenecha's absence. (You know how these mad scientist types are; probably keeping these said resources in some underground bunker that would've remained mostly intact during this whole ordeal...). But since I've got the greenlight on my character concept, I'll probably join the RP at some point.

I've made some minor adjustments to the Orgun in this world, his shroud can't be used as a weapon it merely allows him to hide in the shadows, he doesn't have any energy or psychic abilities, for offensive abilities he has a single rapid fire pistol with explosive rounds.
For his appearence lets just say being exposed to the outside world on a few occasions has caused his genetic structure to mutate, thus he has uncontrolled bursts of power but they can't be used as weapons, the mutation has also caused his immune system and healing abilities to increase think Wolverine just abit slower. He is a bit stronger but not godlike, and if people don't run off when they see him they can get on quite well.

So far things seem to be getting interesting. Holding a story off on a few individual fronts is going to be tough, but I'll try to pull it off. Bear with me Ya'll.

These field generator towers that each city is built round, I take it they produce a sort of limited weather system i.e. wind. I also take it that there are lighting systems integrated with the surrounding rock providing a sort of artificial day and night? Im guessing this is what causes all that dust to be kicked up that Jax mentioned. Unless of course I've gotten the wrong end of the stick and we're all on the surface.

I had intended for the atmosphere to be unbreathable, and the only way people could survive is inside the domed cities. The dome is a field generated through a lot of power, it keeps the wind and dust at bay, and also provides an atmosphere. the Mews would move around under the surface using a complex system of caves that connected the cities and surrounding settlements. Needless to say, there are a lot of resources to fight over.

Yes. There are about 20 major settlements across the entire planet. Only 7 of them have domes. Think "Judge Dread."

I think this rp universe is like a Judge Dread/Mad Max/Violence Jack cross.

Some people here have college or life to attend to, and the RP is something that they can only get to if they have time. If you're bored, try checking out the other RPs.

Though I always enjoy a good subplot, I'm going to have to agree...

I think we should let CK develop her story a little more while the rest of us hold off for a while. Kiera and I have set up a neat little subplot for our characters, with the intent to leave it open-ended, so we're waiting for CK to throw out the main plot.

Maybe Im being dense here but how have we gone off the plot, I figured that going after Esper was merely the beginning of the plot, Im sure once all the chars are introduced CK will make the story progress more.
