Weaknesses: any going with her types, unless one rules the other out (such as ghost- ghost isn't effective against normal =) ), cold temperatures
Personality: it tends to change. Sometimes she's very quiet and shy, and tends to stay out of the way, not saying whether she needs something or if something's wrong. When she's hyper (which is pretty much the rest of the time) she can be extremely loud and even obnoxious, spouting random nonsense and generally being fun to be around. She also tends to get randomly depressed, but it usually doesn't last too long.
Bio: nothing of interest... Raised by her father, went to school, managed to become a 'ghost' in said school, trained with her father to develop what power she does have, but she's not much of a fighter.
