Okay, I know this has most likely been covered before, but I have to ask...
I know how to add a picture into posts, but that only works for URLs. How do you add a picture that is on your harddrive, and not a website?

i might be wrong bu i dont think that you can.

if you need somewhere to host piccys for free try photobucket. i use it and havent ran out of bandwidth for the monthe ever, and the free account gives like 250 megs you can use.

It's too much of a pain to sign up for a photobucket account just for showing one piccy though. Especially since you already have a DeviantArt account Zeph. Just upload it to dA and then link to it!

If you have an image on your hard drive and want to show it online, you have to get it online somehow. Most common ways is to use a host like Photobucket, dA, or your own host.

Unless you're running a web server on your computer, if you want the online world to see it, it needs to be online.
