They scatter pleasingly around his face and line the upper forearms, his midsection, both the thighs and both sides of both his feet. To finalize his striping scheme he has two stripes placed vertically across the nose and across both of his ears and another two stripes placed horizontally across the shoulders going down inbetween his chest plates.

Brief history: Luke is in one word an "enigma", no one knows anything about him. Where does he come from? Who were his makers? The fact he outshoots
most technology by at least a few centuries makes some believe that they were either human science nut jobs, or something else, something harder to describe with mere words, something way harder to believe in. At the temple gates shortly after an enormous battle on TV a mortally wounded, near death mewtwo was found lying
in a pool of his own blood, beaten and starved after what appeard to be an underground brawl.
He was brought inside the temple's medical facilities to be treated for his injuries but then he astounded everyone by regenerating within a minute the damage which should have been fatal. After making full recovery the two vanished...... Only to return a month later, once again weary and starved. He carefully avoided all questions regarding his origins and past, being determined to keep it from the others by all means necessary. Something horrible must have happened to him since he was so secretive about it, either that or that there was something about his past he didn't want anyone to know.
Luke Khaizer, or "Mio" as he has been nicked by some is quite influenced by the human culture and sometimes acts like a human teenager, listening to rock, wearing human clothing and jewelry. As the days he spent at the temple flew by he came to make friends.
Even agreeing to allow some of the temple twos to test his strength, fighting was apperently what he did everyday to make a living.
Luke's powerful body allowing him to receive enormous amounts of punishment and damage that most others would need a barrier to survive.
During a test match with a temple member eager to see his power, discovered that Luke had the unique ability to twist and warp the fabric of reality, manipulate dimensional energies and deflect almost all physical and some mental attacks rather effectively using his super streangth.
Excelling at defense, Luke is quite skilled at defending himself as well as others from incoming attacks, he is however more then capable of dishing out some damage
for himself if need be. Despite this he is a docile creature that never fights unless he wants to or has to.
Preferring to spend his time at the temple library with others who prefer brains over mindless brawn. However the time he doesn't spend in the temple library he spends working in a small hangar he built for himself out on the temple grounds. Steadily becoming known as the most skilled and powerful police two ever to walk the planet, however he has visions sometimes, painful visions of conflict, visions of destruction, hate and sorrow. He feels sometimes that it is his fault that all of this exists, and so puts more effort into safeguarding the ones he knows and the ones he is
supposed to protect with four times the effort of any of his fellow E - SWAT members. So far none of those he sets out to rescue, safeguard and protect have ever been the victims the evil they see every day and Luke has made a promise to each of them, "The day you become victims..... Will be the day god resigns from his throne."
