Body Shape : Narrow and thin (more so than the average Mewtwo). The ears are long and pointy.
Hair : Pitch Black. The bangs typically cover Spys eyes (Spy does not like others to gaze into them) and reach about the cheek bone area. The temple area extends down slightly past the jaw line. On the back of spy, are three ponytails (Basically one ponytail split into three parts) that extend down perhaps a few inches above the ankles.
Attire : A long, black, hooded cloak with a blue Hexagram on the back.
Eyes : cold blue, typically with a distant look&
Fur : Dark grey, almost black. The tail and abdomen are both the same as the eyes.
Powers :
Ethereal projections, energy condensing (giving energy shape, almost giving it properties of matter but in energy form), energy collapsing (black holes, worm holes& opens dimensions etc.), other forms of energy manipulation, and psychic abilities (extra sensory perception, empathy, telepathy, telekinesis.. etc.)

Brief Background/Overview :

Spy was created through an underground society that eventually collapsed the foundation from beneath Team Rockets feet. They were basically a Magicians guild (Or Alchemists Guild for their scientific background) that dabbled in ethereal affairs. After a series of cloning and gene modification, they were able to fuse/code crystallized ethereal matter into the modified Mewtwo DNA- but were only partially successful as these forms needed a series of coded vibrations (mostly of frequencies that typically do not exist on the earth plane) to operate. Though this was to their advantage as far as control, they were mostly just dolls that housed sleeping souls, and they were difficult to operate because the humans found it hard to produce sounds at such frequencies. Though they did receive help from astral beings, and these beings were more efficient, the communication and confusion between them caused problems. Eventually, one of the generations of the neo genes yielded progress, with a few showing promise of awakening&
