Mewtwo (Pronounced: Myu-Too)

D.O.B: 7th February (Early-spring) 4980 HE (Human Era)
Height: 6'7" (198cm)
Weight: 269 lbs. (120 kg)
Eyes: Amethyst
Hair: Very fine coat of pale purple fur, darker on the tail and stomach
Skin Tone: Pale

History:
Mewtwo was created using the fossilized remains of a Mew found in the Amazon jungle. He also appears to hold other DNA including Alakazam (to enforce his psychic powers) and human (to bridge the gaps in the gene sequencing code). Nobody knows exactly how much human DNA was used to bridge the gaps caused by using fossil remains, but there is a suspicion it is quite a lot and may have been donated by Sakaki himself.

Mewtwo grew in a stasis tube on New Island and so knew no mother or father to love and teach him basic social skills. With this deprivation he became a sweetly naďve kitten, until that was, he met another clone (a human girl) by the name of Ai. Having experience from a past life, Ai taught Mewtwo everything she knew about the world by way of telepathic communication, thus forging a deep friendship between these two and other clones being created at the same time.

Unfortunately this idyllic friendship was not allowed to last. Ai and the other clones, being genetically weaker, faded from existence leaving the kitten that was Mewtwo, confused, lonely and terribly sad. The scientists, noticing this distress on the computer linked to read Mewtwo’s brainwaves, sedated him and wiped his young memory of all that had transpired. Mewtwo somehow remembered the lessons he was taught by Ai and felt he was missing something deep in his soul, but could never remember what it was. And so Mewtwo continued to grow lacking his memories…

Upon the time of his awakening Mewtwo learnt he was to be a metaphorical ‘lab rat’. Being now, a headstrong youth and not in control of his powers, he decimated the very building he was created in and met then with the force behind his creation; Sakaki, criminal mastermind of Team Rocket.

Sakakii taught Mewtwo how to control his awesome power through vigorous training with a promise that they would rule the world together. However, Sakakii failed to mention that this rule would not be equal. Upon learning this, Mewtwo again destroyed an entire building in a moment of rage, and left for his island birthplace.

He decided that humans were dangerous and not to be trusted. With this in mind he built himself a castle on New Island, created himself an army of clones and lured trainers to his island fortress to display his prowess whilst destroying the outside world with a massive storm.

He was prevented from arising victorious in this endeavor by the selfless actions of one Pokémon trainer, Satoshi. After witnessing the young boy's sacrifice and resurrection, Mewtwo decided to stop his quest for world domination and set off with the clones he had created to find a peaceful life in private.

A couple of years later Mewtwo met the same trainer and his companions once more at Mt. Queyna in Johto. Here Team Rocket had discovered his whereabouts and Sakaki was intent on recapturing Mewtwo for himself.

After witnessing the torture of his friends, Mewtwo decided to submit to Sakaki's requests. The effort to keep his will strong against the evil man nearly killed Mewtwo, but thankfully with help from Satoshi, Kasumi and Takashi, Mewtwo survived. Team Rocket was defeated and the combat unit's minds wiped, and Mewtwo left once again to search for a new home; this time letting his cloned friends make their own decisions on where to live.

Until now Mewtwo has roamed from place to place alone, searching for a purpose. One night whilst searching for two of his friends in a city, Mewtwo happens across a young woman and helps her. She and her friends are to become the clone's newest allies, and nuisances!

Personality:
Mewtwo's personality is something of a paradox, at least at first. He appears to be ruthless and merciless. He has indiscriminately killed humans before and nobody can truly be sure if he has ever felt any remorse for his victims even after he changes his ways. If he does feel guilt he has never openly shown it to any of his companions.

He's usually a quiet creature preferring his own company to that of anyone else. He enjoys reading, testing his psychic abilities and quiet contemplation. Indeed he enjoys reading so much that he has an entire bookshelf full of books in his makeshift home in the city. He can often be found there reading for hours on end.

Despite Mewtwo's harsh front he is in fact quite sensitive. He's a very philosophical being, believing that everything happens for a reason for good or bad. Mewtwo, once he trusts someone, will show innate kindness and a deep routed loyalty towards them. He will often go out of his way to help and protect them, even if he's not always willing to admit it.

Mewtwo would never admit to it but he is very fond of Liana. He's intrigued by her natural affection towards any creature, which he finds to be refreshing and endearing. He is also good friends with Ryoji and Team Rocket's Meowth. The trio can often be found discussing life's greater issues and questions and insulting the human race in general whilst they're at it. They enjoy trading sarcastic comments, often engaging in a rather immature game to see who can trade the best insult or get the last word in.

Mewtwo is not so keen on Fuyumi, Musashi, and the twins (who he readily calls by their more derisive nickname 'the doppelgangers'). Mewtwo finds both Fuyumi and Musashi to be too loud and obnoxious for his liking. He is also irritated by their more 'girly' attitudes, such as the need to relate almost anything to romance. Hiroshi and Kenji he dislikes because of their constant joking behaviour. He feels they cannot take anything seriously for too long and may put the group in jeopardy one day. The pair's constant flirtations also infuriate the more reserved creature.

Contrary to popular belief Mewtwo does in fact have a sense of humour. His humour is biting and often quite dark. It is hard to tell when he's being serious about harming someone, or if he's merely teasing for his own amusement.

Looks:
Mewtwo resembles a very tall bipedal feline. He easily surpasses six feet in height and can appear quite intimidating.

Mewtwo has very short, fine fur that is longer and thicker around the backs of his legs and tail. His fur is tinged a soft lilac colour with a darker purple colouring around the stomach and tail. His eyes are very cat like and exotic in shape, the pupils are feline-esque and contract into slits in bright light. Mewtwo's eyes have deep amethyst coloured irises.

On first glance Mewtwo appears to be quite lithe and almost fragile looking around the arms. However he has very little fat and a lot of muscle, especially in his legs. This muscle can easily propel Mewtwo into the air at many times higher than would be normal for most creatures. His legs and tail can deliver a powerful striking blow when required.

Like most felines Mewtwo has retractable claws on his paws. He has to be careful not to hurt himself or his companions with them as they instinctively unsheathe when Mewtwo feels frustrated or threatened in any way. Due to his stature these claws could do a lot of damage as they are similar to a tigers in size and are as sharp as daggers. When all else fails in battle Mewtwo has proven himself to digress back into a feline form of fighting using his claws and teeth as weapons.

Mewtwo's teeth are also similar to a feline's. The canine teeth especially are very sharp and fang-like. Fuyumi and Liana observed him once or twice using his teeth to hunt down prey when hungry. A sharp bite to the neck will kill smaller creatures instantaneously. Unlike a feline however, Mewtwo has flatter premolars and molars which makes it possible for Mewtwo to partake in an omnivorous diet rather than solely carnivorous.

Mewtwo also has a human form. This form appears as an illusion like veil around Mewtwo.

Mewtwo's human form is nicknamed by Kenji as Kohaku. According to Fuyumi his human form is very handsome.

He appears as a human male in his early to mid-twenties and stays the same height. Kohaku has a slightly muscular build and pale skin. His eyes very closely resemble Mewtwo's although the pupils are now human instead of feline. He has strong features with quite a long nose, striking eyes, serious mouth, and determined looking jaw.

His hair retains the light lilac hue of his natural form, only slightly silver. It is worn long with the front hanging into his face and is often tied back into a horsetail.

Special Skills: Extremely powerful psychic powers, very good senses and reflexes, Mewtwo has been taught various forms of fighting so he may protect himself and still battle should he ever encounter a stronger type such as dark or ghost.
Weaponry: Competent use of Japanese katana. Mewtwo can forge a link between himself and Liana's necklace to act as a tracking device of sorts

More about his Abilities:
Mewtwo's abilities are that of a psychic. They are incredibly strong as he was engineered that way. His precognition in battle and in other circumstances is exemplary which means he is rarely caught off guard. His dreams are usually quite vivid when they include precognitive information; Mewtwo has learnt to keep a dream journal beside his bed so that he can analyze dreams at a later date to determine their meanings.

Telepathy comes naturally to Mewtwo. He uses it as his preferred means of communication. He can easily read other creatures auras to look for sickness and deception. He is adept at mind-reading but has schooled himself to be respectful towards others privacy and rarely delves into another's mind without good reason.

Telekinesis is Mewtwo's strongest trait. He can teleport and carry numerous creatures and objects as well as himself. He uses his telekinetic powers as a weapon for the most part, and as an aid second.

Mewtwo's strongest weapon is his shadow-ball technique. Concentrating a large amount of psychic power and some of his own aura into a small sphere, Mewtwo will hurl it at enemies to cause great physical damage. Although Mewtwo was created for fighting, he is also a competent healer. He can use his psychic powers to help heal others, he is also quite efficient with first aid, though where and why he learnt it is a mystery.

Current location: Unknown, on the run from Team Rocket.

Friends: Ryoji Nakamura, Liana Fujioka, Meowth, and the clones.

Little known fact(s): Mewtwo can actually talk ‘normally’ he just finds telepathy easier. Mewtwo hates to talk about his past as he can’t remember any of his kitten-hood.

Liana Fujioka (Pronounced: Lee-AhNa Foo-jee-O-Kah)

Nicknames: Li, Lia, Liana-Chan, Li-Kun (by those fooled by her disguise)
D.O.B: 29th April (Mid-spring) 4984 HE (Human Era)
Height: 5'8" (173cm)
Weight: 116 lbs. (53 kg)
Eyes: Amethyst or dark blue, depending on the light she's in.
Hair: Dark auburn, slightly brunette, to mid back in length and naturally curly. Later it is cut short to chin length.
Skin Tone: Lightly tanned

History:
Liana was born in Greenfield, when she was just under a year old her parents and she moved to a small village located near the ocean in Kanto. The move was so that her father could join a new company located in Saffron City. Her mother worked as a Pokémon researcher. They lived happily in their new lives for a time before Liana's mother unfortunately died of an unknown illness when Liana was just six years old.

Liana always felt, despite being so young, that it was her job to look after her somewhat eccentric and dramatic father to make sure he was truly okay after the death of her mother. As such Liana grew up quite quickly; taking care of certain chores and responsibilities whilst her father worked away in Saffron. She grew up being very independent, relying only occasionally on the support of friends in town when her father was away too long.

At a young age it became apparent that Liana was good with other creatures. She had a natural empathetic ability with them, and although she could not understand them she could often guess their needs from an emotional standpoint. Creatures that were injured or in trouble would instinctively seek her out if they were close enough to sense her. As such her father suggested she would make a good Pokémon trainer or healer.

Around this time Mr. Fujioka decided it would be a good idea for Liana to visit her maternal grandfather. He was an adept healer and knew several different arts that Liana's father felt may be useful for his daughter to learn.

Having no goals in way of Pokémon training for the future, Liana readily agreed and moved away to Ecruteak City with her grandfather at his shrine.

Liana enjoyed her time there. Learning how to use a bow, how to heal more efficiently, and was taught how to free-run and fight. In her spare time Liana helped with shrine chores and read her mother's old notes on Pokémon research. She became fascinated with several theories pertaining to Pokémon species including ghost and psychic types, and adding to them herself after extensive observations of the native Pokémon.

At the age of sixteen she was approached by a company who wished for her to join their research team. Apparently they had heard of her promising theorems and enthusiastic attitude and offered her a comfortable job in scientific Pokémon research. Liana was intrigued and readily agreed. Her grandfather was glad that she had a goal, as was her father and allowed her to join the company.

However this proved to be a big mistake on Liana's part. The organisation was none other than Team Rocket. Once Liana had signed the contract there was no way of leaving. And once management heard of her compassion toward test subjects and her unwillingness to harm them for science, they demoted her.

Liana has made friends in the nefarious organisation but would like nothing better than to leave. The opportunity for this arrives one morning when Fuyumi tells her of an escaped experiment.

Personality:
Liana is a quiet individual. She prefers solitude to big groups if she can help it, and can often be overwhelmed by her friends' noisy and outgoing mannerisms. Liana however, seems to be a naturally magnetic person, and a running joke is that misfits and outcasts seem to gravitate towards her more than anyone else; which could explain her chosen companions within Team Rocket.

Although quiet and generally private, Liana does in fact have a good sense of humour when the occasion arises. Her wit and humour is very dry, and can be seen as slightly blunt and insulting when someone new is in the vicinity. Liana can also be a fiery young woman. She will stand up readily for what she believes is right and will stubbornly stick by her opinions even if they're not always the best choice. She will doggedly stick by her friends no matter their quirks, and dislikes the prejudice and persecution so many humans label other creatures with.

Liana values her friends and strangely enough, can be seen talking to Mewtwo the most even though she had known his the shortest amount of time. As their slightly tentative friendship grows, Liana views Mewtwo as a loyal companion and a wise counselor of sorts. He's also quite good to rant and joke with, when he's in the mood to humour her that is! Liana is good at handling Ryoji's emotional and overdramatic outbursts, often replying back with calming if not rather sarcastic remarks to diffuse the highly strung man. She gets on very well with Fuyumi, viewing the girl almost like a sister and the two like nothing better than a girly gossip; when they can get away from battles and their male comrades that is. With the twins Liana can be most at ease. They share the same dry brand of wit as she does, and although the pair can infuriate her with their pretend flirtations, she enjoys viewing their pranks on others and giving them new ideas.

Liana has a couple of strange aspects to her personality which seem to be inherited from her mother. One is her odd idea of modesty. Liana spends so much time around other creatures (moreso than with humans) that she doesn't view normal things as embarrassing. For example if someone around her is less than adequately dressed she won't even seem to notice like another girl her age would.

Another personality trait is that Liana seems to know a lot about different body language from studying animals and Pokémon so much. She can usually tell when someone is feeling upset, aggressive, or is lying. However she finds it hard to see these and more subtle expressions in herself. This often frustrates Fuyumi no end, who is very perceptive.

Liana also has a lowered appreciation for the perceived differences between the sexes. She could care less if someone mistakes her for a male and firmly believes that anything a male can do a female can do just as well, and vice versa. Such a blasé outlook on the sexes coupled with a naturally independent nature can land Liana into trouble. For example if someone was in trouble with a gang of males, she would probably try and take them on herself instead of calling for assistance.

Looks:
Liana shares her looks from both her foreign mother and Japanese father.

From her mother Liana gained curling red hair and feminine facial features such as her lips and nose shape. However unlike her mother who was a true red-head with pale skin, Liana's hair is darker as is her skin tone thanks to her father. This is a good thing as Liana's mother used to burn easily and Liana likes to spend a great deal of time outdoors. It is an unusual and lucky combination of genetics to gain.

Liana seems to have inherited a bit more from her father in ways of looks. Her mother's eyes were green and rounded in appearance. Liana however shares her father's more exotic eye shape with unusual purple irises. Liana has also gained her father's darker skin tone and his basic body shape. Whereas Liana's mother was petite and curvy, Liana herself is quite tall for a woman and has a figure that is often described as 'boyish' or 'straight up and down'.

Schoolmates often told a younger Liana that if she disguised her facial features and cut her hair, she could easily pass for a male. Such teasing never really bothered Liana, who eventually uses her boyish looks to an advantage in disguise and battle.

Clothes wise Liana likes practicality. It's not that her sense of fashion is particularly bad, it's just that she will throw on whatever is at hand or feels most comfortable, no matter how bad it may look. Liana doesn't bat an eyelid about wearing men's clothes so long as they're comfortable and easy to move in. She can't abide dresses as she claims they're not practical enough for her outdoors lifestyle (she went so far as to request trousers for her Team Rocket uniform, rather than the customary mini-skirt), and is utterly unimpressed when Koijiro, Musashi and the twins try to make her dress more femininely.

Special Skills: Liana is a good healer and researcher of Pokémon. She can also free-run (the illegal ability to climb and navigate walls and roofs without any safety equipment). Sakaki has written on her files that Liana would be 'good at gaining and using other's trusts due to her innocent appearance'. Whether Liana is aware of this unconscious ability is unknown.

Weaponry/Special Items: Competent use of bow and arrows, some knowledge of swordplay. Liana owns a necklace with an amethyst gem. She was given it by her grandfather on her sixteenth birthday. She often fiddles with the gem when nervous or thinking. Mewtwo later uses the necklace as a tracking device to find Liana should she go missing. Liana owns her mother's wedding ring. Her father didn't have the heart to put it away or get rid of it once Liana's mother died and so gave it to his daughter for safe keeping. Liana wears it on her ring finger as her mother did which confuses newcomers to the group (she appears married at a young age).

Current location: Unknown, on the run from Team Rocket.

Friends: Fuyumi Miyagi, Ryoji Nakamura, Mewtwo, the cloned Pikachu and Meowth, Musashi, Koijiro, Meowth, Hiroshi and Kenji Yamagata (the twins), and most wildlife.

Little known fact(s): Liana is extremely scared of enclosed spaces.

Pokémon: None to date, does not like the thought of capturing Pokémon.

Fuyumi Miyagi (Pronounced: Foo-Yoo-Mee Mee-Yagee)

Nicknames Fui, Fuyu-Chan
D.O.B: 20th March (Mid-spring) 4984 HE (Human Era)
Height: 5'2" (157cm)
Weight: 124 lbs. (57 kg)
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Blonde (usually dyed and in very wild styles that change a lot). Currently her hair is cut very short and is usually spiked at the back, the front and fringe left natural.
Skin Tone: Tanned

History:
Fuyumi was born on Valencia Island in the Orange Archipelago. Her mother worked as a technician in one of the labs situated there and her father used to ferry people from island to island using his boat. Fuyumi comes from a large family consisting of four sisters two brothers (both of whom are in their late twenties), one sister-in -law and one nephew.

When Fuyumi was four her mother lost her job, and the wages made by her father weren’t enough to support such a large family, so they moved to the Kanto region in one of the smaller towns. This is where her mother found her new job as a secretary in the Viridian City Pokémon-center, and her father used his knowledge of boats to help sailors at the local ports. Despite the new jobs, their family has always been pretty poor so Fuyumi was quick to look for a decently paid job as soon as she reached the legal age to work. Before this Fuyumi helped look after her large family and caught Pokémon in the local area (she did not want to leave home and abandon her family), using the money to help her family which she gained in battles.

Fuyumi's paternal grandfather has always had faith in her strength and willingness to learn new things. He has taught her to fight and to use weapons from a young age; although this was frowned upon by Fuyumi's family as unnecessary and potentially dangerous. However it proved as a useful trait which unfortunately led to the young woman being lured into Team Rocket with the promise of financial stability for her family.

Fuyumi entered the organization at the Elite rank due to her willingness to work hard and her fighting experience and skilled Pokémon. However she became bored of taking orders and disliked the illegal things she had to do just to gain money, and so was eventually demoted to Intermediate rank where she met Liana and Ryoji.

Personality:
Fuyumi has a very happy-go-lucky outlook on life. She is the first to laugh or joke when things seem down and loves to talk.

Although on the surface Fuyumi may just seem to be bubbly and upbeat she does have a serious side to her. Fuyumi is quite perceptive and can often spot flaws in other people's plans that they might not have noticed themselves (however she never thinks her own plans through properly). Due to needing money, Fuyumi is very tactical in Pokémon battles. As such she very rarely loses.

Despite playing down her own emotions and feelings to the point of being unaware of them, Fuyumi can quite readily guess other persons feelings. Whether these feelings are romantic attraction towards someone they won't admit to liking or just simply feeling low, Fuyumi will often guess the emotion with pin-point accuracy. This accuracy often annoys her friends as Fuyumi will doggedly set out to help them, leading Liana and Ryoji to occasionally shy away from confiding in the over-enthusiastic girl.

Fuyumi is coined as a hopeless romantic by Liana. She will readily look for people to set up together and loves playing cupid amongst the group. Fuyumi is the kind of person you'd most likely see following unwitting pairs around with mistletoe at Christmas (after the mischievous twins of course).

She adores romance fiction and often mistakes friendships for blossoming love. Mewtwo theorizes that all the romance novels have rotted away the logical part of her brain!

Of all her friends Fuyumi most strongly believes that Musashi and Koijiro should get together as they just seem so compatible. Second to that Fuyumi will often jokingly suggest that Mewtwo and Liana should be together just because they're 'so damn miserable', a theory which everyone else vehemently disagrees with.

Fuyumi actually harbors a strong prejudice towards Psychics, claiming that most of them are hippy-airy-fairy weirdoes or fakes. She mistrusts most people who show these abilities though her reason for this remains a mystery even to her closest friends.

Looks:
Fuyumi is the shortest human in the group barely passing five feet. Out of the girls she's also the most curvaceous.

Fuyumi has a definite punk/goth/rock attitude going on. She loves to wear biker boots, or knee high boots, and likes any clothes that don't apply to the norm. She can often be seen wearing clothes that are purposefully ripped and torn, and have multiple belts, zippers or safety pins decorating them.

Fuyumi loves to stand out from the crowd. Of the group she'll be the one to wear the brightest make-up, the strangest clothes, and change her hairstyle the most. She currently has a hedgehog-esque hairstyle, which has been bleached blonde. Her strange sense of style proves useful when the group disguise themselves to hide from Team Rocket.

Despite her outlandish sense of style, Fuyumi has the prettiest features of the girls. Full lips, a small nose, and large blue eyes make her appear innocent even when she's in full gothic gear!

Special Skills: Fuyumi is brilliant at hacking into computers and security systems, coupled with the twins knowledge, this trio could break into Silph Co. if they put their minds to it, Fuyumi can also 'talk the back legs off of a Ponyta’ as Mewtwo often says.

Weaponry: Has a fine knowledge of the glaive, a weapon she was trained to use from very early childhood by her grandfather, Fuyumi is also proficient in general fighting skills.

Current location: Unknown, on the run from Team Rocket.

Friends: Ryoji Nakamura, Liana Fujioka, Koijiro, Musashi her family and faithful Growlithe.

Little known fact(s): Fuyumi has a slight crush on Ryoji she’s never been confident enough to admit. She’s also terrified of storms (a fear which was made worse during Mewtwo's storm a few years back)!

Pokémon: Growlithe, Chansey, Vulpix, Chikorita, Pidgey, Mantine.

Ryoji J. Nakamura (Pronounced: RY-Ojee Naka-Moo-rah)

Nicknames: Ryo
D.O.B: 2nd November (Early- winter) 4983 HE (Human Era)
Height: 6'2" (188cm)
Weight: 170 lbs. (77 kg)
Eyes: Icy blue
Hair: Dark brown, usually worn in a horse-tail
Skin Tone: Darkly tanned

History:
Ryoji was born in Ecruteak City, Johto. His early childhood was very good and he was from a well off family; his father worked as a famous actor for a theatre company and his mother worked as an accomplished artist. His father soon set to 'broaden their horizons' and moved them to Kanto after hearing that another better established theatre group wanted to hire him.

As his parents pursued their careers Ryoji found himself being the surrogate parent to his younger brother and sister, whom he dotes on. Due to this Ryoji had to grow up quickly which led him into viewing the world with quite a cynical eye, and also trying to re-kindle his childhood as much as possible in the form of pranks and childish games as he got older.

Such pranks eventually got him into trouble with the law as the said pranks got more serious on unsuspecting passersby. As such this led to conflict in his family. His mother and father wanted Ryoji to 'grow up' and get a proper job. Ryoji wanted to leave and have an adventure.

After one particularly heated argument between himself and his mother, Ryoji left the family home and went to become a Pokémon trainer and have some fun. Unfortunately Ryoji wasn't very accomplished as a trainer, never quite getting the hang of battling, and so as financial funds ran low, Ryoji turned to crime.

Starting out as a petty thief, Ryoji quickly gained notoriety due to his stealthy abilities, free-running prowess and skill with locks. As such Ryoji joined a gang in Johto.

After one heist-gone-wrong, Ryoji found himself in jail, and talking to another cell-mate, realized he would be granted freedom (thanks to a mysterious benefactor) if he joined a criminal organization after leaving. Seeing no other way out of jail, and by this point not really caring where he ended up, Ryoji readily agreed, never dreaming that the very organization he would be entering was Team Rocket.

Like Fuyumi, Ryoji quickly got bored of mundane tasks and taking orders, and eventually wanted to leave the criminal syndicate altogether. His greatest wish now is to leave and return home to reconcile with his family, and actually get a legal job.

Personality:
Ryoji is a bit of a loose cannon emotionally speaking. He can be cynical and broody one minute, and telling jokes and laughing the next.

Although Ryoji can be seen as unsociable and moody at times, he is most often seen as overdramatic, thanks to his actor father. He is also an actor at heart and likes nothing better than trying out his ameteur flourishes on the likes of Liana, who he enjoys irritating with sweeping bows and flowery nicknames (in public no less!) such as; my dove, my pearl and the like.

Fuyumi often claims the man's soul purpose in life is to 'cause as much trouble as possible before he kicks the bucket'.

Ryoji is never without friends, and although most people are irritated by his over-the-top emotions, nobody can really bring themselves to dislike him. Ryoji has found good friends in the twins Hiroshi and Kenji. The trio like nothing more than sneaking around pulling pranks on others, and generally causing mischief. It was not an uncommon sight in Team Rocket headquarters to see the three of them huddled in some corner or another sniggering over a sheet of paper as they jotted down plans for their next intended victims of practical jokes!

Unlike the twins, Ryoji does know when to stop and be serious however. And he can often be found discussing life's mysteries with Mewtwo just as much as he can be found pulling tricks on others.

Ryoji's best friend in the group is probably Koijiro. The pair hold a bond nearly as close as siblings and always greet one another in an idiotic and brotherly-love fashion. Which usually results in a few broken chairs and a food fight of some description!

Ryoji is fiercely loyal to his friends, and those he deems worthy enough to trust (a life of travel and crime had jaded his view on the human race somewhat, and he has trust issues). Ryoji will stop at nothing to help a friend even if it means putting himself in harms way. This and his amazing capacity for listening to anyone in emotional turmoil makes Ryoji a valuable member to the group.

Looks:
According to most female Rocket members, Ryoji fits the 'tall dark and handsome' premise.

Ryoji easily surpasses six feet in height and is about the only member of the group that can easily look Mewtwo in the eye! The brooding personality that goes with his dark, and sometimes rugged looks made him a favourite amongst the more forward ladies at Team Rocket headquarters.

Whether Ryoji noticed this or not remains a slight mystery. He never seems to give anyone but his friends much attention.

Ryoji likes to dress individually like Fuyumi, but is not as outlandish with his style as she is. He has a few earrings in one earlobe and long hair, he also likes chunky leather boots and jackets, but is not adverse to simple wearing jeans and a t-shirt. Though he does have an odd quirk of wearing shorts even in foul weather, just to be contrary.

Overall Ryoji's style is quite reserved once the group has to disguise themselves from Team Rocket. He believes that blending into the background would be best and admires the fact Liana went so far as to disguise herself as a boy. Jokingly stating that with his long hair all he needs is a skirt, a shave, and 'damn good pair of heels' and he could do the same gender-bender routine!

Special Skills: Can tell when someone is lying and by looking at them long enough can get the truth out of them. Ryoji is an accomplished free-runner much like Liana. He is also good at martial arts, and breaking and entering.

Weaponry: Knows various martial arts, prefers not to use weapons; though did learn a lot about guns whilst with the Johto gang.

Current location: Unknown, on the run from Team Rocket.

Friends: Fuyumi Miyagi, Liana Fujioka, Koijiro, Meowth, Musashi, the twins, and Mewtwo. Ryoji also holds his family very dear, though their parting was less than friendly.

Little known fact(s): Ryoji once got drunk on his mothers whisky and drove their pickup truck into a tree, he claimed to know nothing about the incident when questioned. Ryoji’s great grandmother was Psychic on his fathers’ side, which explains his ability to gain the truth from people. Ryoji doesn't like people to know his middle name.

Pokémon: Chatot, Squirtle, Houndour, Gengar, Aipom, Gligar

Hiroshi and Kenji Yamagata (Pronounced: Hi-Ro-Shee Ken-jee Yama-Gahtah)

Nicknames: Hiro and Kenji, 'the Yamagata duo', 'evil twins', or 'the doppelgangers'
D.O.B: 20th June (Summer) 4983 HE (Human Era)
Height: 5'11" (155cm)
Weight: 150 lbs. (68 kg)

Hiroshi and Kenji were born in Goldenrod City, Johto. They are identical twins, so much so that eve their parents have a hard time telling them apart.

Their mother works as a famous presenter for the Goldenrod radio station, their father however has dabbled in many different areas of expertise; his main source of income is working for one of Goldenrod's top computing companies. However in his spare time he enjoys helping Pokémon trainers and breeders, whose Pokémon are sick or injured. Hiroshi and Kenji's father can often be found traveling north of Goldenrod to Purity River to acquire water there, he firmly believes the water holds rejuvenating properties, though has never divulged this to any of his customers (as far as they know he's just good at healing Pokémon)! On top of this their father also enjoys making and selling ornaments and stained glass, he's not bad at it either.

Hiroshi and Kenji have always felt suffocated by their parents. Both of whom are very successful in their chosen careers, and although the twins loved the fast paced city lifestyle, they have always craved to strike out and adventure on their own.

In school Hiro and Kenji were quite antisocial. Like Ryoji they would play pranks on unsuspecting classmates, be downright rude to teachers, and generally look down on everyone else, seeing themselves as worthy and everyone else as not. Having no siblings other than each other, the twins have always been extremely close. If one twin was sick the other would refuse to go to school, if one twin was going on a school trip the other would sulk that he was not going as well, and so on. To many they appeared to be almost joined at the hip, never opening up to anyone else.

Although disrespectful and antisocial the twins were very good students, excelling in everything especially technology and history based classes. During their time at school they learnt how to hack and break codes. There was no malicious intent behind this, merely for fun when they were bored in class.

After finishing school the pair decided to try their hand at Pokémon training. This was where some differences showed between the near indecipherable twins. Hiro excelled in battling and tactical planning with Pokémon; however Kenji was better at breeding and raising them. Such differences bemused the identical twins, but did not put them off.

Eventually, as with most things the twins tried their hands at, they grew tired of traveling as mere Pokémon trainers, and wished to enter a field more challenging and that could earn them better wages.

They readily signed up when they saw advertisements for work in code breaking and archeology. They weren't aware at the time that the company they had agreed to work for was linked directly to Team Rocket.

The twins would have gone far in the company had they taken their work more seriously. Eventually management was irritated by their lack of conscientiousness and the pair were demoted and sent to the Team Rocket headquarters where they have stayed doing menial chores, and generally causing mayhem, ever since.

Personality:
The twins can be categorized very easily by those who don't know them well: stubborn, mean-spirited, sarcastic, quirky, clever, and mischievous. However if you look deeper then the twins do have individual personalities and aren't as antisocial as they first appear.

Hiroshi is probably the more cunning of the pair. He is the first of the twins to think up a new idea or prank, he is also the one who most often instigates trouble. Hiro is also the one with the quicker tongue. He is more likely than his brother to say something offensive, and usually comes up with the best insults and put-downs.

Kenji on the other hand is a calmer voice of reason between the two. He is generally quieter and doesn't mind allowing his brother to be the centre of attention should the opportunity arise (though neither of them are out of the spotlight for long). Kenji is slightly more placid than Hiro. Whereas Hiro finds it hard to stay still and do nothing for too long, Kenji can always find a mental puzzle or a book to entertain him for a while. Kenji is probably the more perceptive twin, seeing things that Hiro can sometimes miss.

The pair are tricksters at heart, and just recently have allowed Ryoji Nakamura to join them on their quests for mayhem. Slowly the trio has become good friends. Occasionally, Meowth will point out a technical flaw in their pranks and thus help them to perfectly execute them. Although offended that a Pokémon would know more than them at first. Hiro and Kenji quickly learnt to admire the unusual talking Pokémon and his quick wit.

Kenji and Hiroshi also like to flirt. They enjoy teasing the females of Team Rocket, courtesy perhaps of Ryoji's womanizing influence.

A strange trait the pair share is to finish one another's sentences and to speak as one as well. It's an odd habit they picked up over the years of being in one another's company. They use it to their advantage, often to emphasize a point they're making, or to try and unnerve people they view as annoying.

Hiroshi and Kenji enjoy ganging up on others in the group. They like to tease Mewtwo about his broody, sometimes miserable nature (though they have to be careful not to invoke his wrath), they like to tease Koijiro by scaring him (they see him as a wimp after all), they love to infuriate Musashi by joking about her past crushes, and like to annoy Liana by calling her nicknames as Ryoji does.

People see the twins as a childish pair who cannot stay serious. They merely see this personality trait as a positive in such a miserable place as Team Rocket. In their minds life needs fun to be lived to its fullest, and these two plan to have fun wherever and with whomever they can.

Looks:
The twins are identical in every physical aspect.

They are the same weight, the same height; they have the exact same eye colour and hairstyle, their skin tone is the same and they even share the same physical mannerisms, they look like mirror images of one another at times.

Both twins have angular features and eyes. Their body structure is much less muscled than Ryoji's because of their indoors lifestyle.

As far as fashion goes the twins have a similar sense of style. Although they have basically grown out of the childish 'dress exactly the same' or 'swap clothes to confuse people' way of thinking, they both have the same stylish but laid back attitude towards clothes. Coming from quite a well off family and not really knowing about the problems lack of money can bring until they joined Team Rocket, the pair usually enjoys spending a lot of money on clothing, designer labels and expensive fabrics are what they like best. Not good if you're fugitives on the run from the law and a criminal mastermind.

Special Skills: The twins are masters at hacking, breaking codes, and deciphering old languages. They were used in the technology and archeology sector during their time at Team Rocket, before being demoted.
Weaponry: The twins do not use weapons due to such a quiet lifestyle, they prefer to outwit an opponent or best them in a Pokémon battle wherever possible.
