Bio: After failing to control Mewtwo and all attempts at making a Mewthree failed, Giovanni ordered yet another clone be made- Mewfour. However, this one didn't quite turn out how he had hoped... Mewfour didn't turn out to be a fighting machine in the least. After finding out his latest 'ultimate weapon' refused to fight, he ordered Mewfour to be destroyed. One of the more compassionate scientists that had cloned him gave him a name, Matthias, and set him free.
