Her shoes are the special "Asian crusher model". Theyr optimized to step on puppies and other various small cute pets, the thick area which is rare for most high hells is carfuly handcraft to just enough strangle pets aswell by stepping on their throat without drawing blood. Other models include such colorful name as "The piercer", "The masher" and so on.

This amused me no end. There's a few others of it too. Outtakes you can find on the DVD of Samurai Deeper Kyo (Dan Green plays Kyo the black haired red eyed guy by the by, god I'm a pathetic fangirl). Anyway things that went wrong or scripts that were changed for pure amusement whilst the voice actors were stuck in the recording booth. It's quite funny. Especially when the other actors try to carry on like normal. XP
