Ah... hi. My name is Aeris Avalon, Dark Magician Girl Aeris on fanfiction.net. I was linked to this site by... well... by many, many people on Deviantart. Something about my signature being appealing... or something. Sorry, I'm a little nervous. I'm not exactly shy, not by any means, but it's been a while since I've taken a chance and joined a message board. The first one I was ever a part of died years ago, and the site we went to afterwards... well, the owner couldn't maintain it for long. But this place seems like it will last, so maybe I can set down some roots again...

Anyway, you guys can call me Aeris, I guess. I'm an authoress by nature, can't keep my fingers still when you put a pen in them. Writing is how I keep myself stable. It's how I keep my emotions from spiraling out of control. It's my escape and my shield, and treating the things I write with disrespect is akin to harming me. Honestly, stable probably isn't the right word, but it will do for now.

Mewtwo is definately my favorite subject to write about.

I know this is probably going to sound... conceited... but I'm not a normal fangirl. Circumstances have made me into a rather unusual individual, and I don't always seem quite sound emotionally because of it. Sometimes I laugh, sometimes I cry and scream, sometimes I'm even a little bit of a pervert. My moods change a lot and it can be hard for me to open up to people. I can sit and tell someone my past, every harsh detail, but that doesn't mean I can tell them what I feel right now. If I seem strange or inconsistant, forgive me. As of late, I'm not sure I even know what I'm thinking half the time. And I seem to be rambling... that's a bad habit of mine.

Anyway... here I am. Make of me what you will.
